Payment Terms and Refunds

With the exception of Permanent Placements, all of our fees are charged in arrears.

Permanent Placements:
Upon initial placement 25% of the full placement fee is charged. This initial fee is non-refundable.

The remaining 75% of the full placement fee will be charged 6 weeks after the initial placement. The final 75% fee is subject to both the parents and the Nanny being happy to continue.

Other Services:
All other services are charged at the end of each calendar month.
